GREEN APPLE
3-4 apples
1-2 cups spinach
1″ knob, ginger root

GRAIN BOWL
1 serving brown rice
1 small sweet potato, oven roasted*
*salt & pepper
*2 tsp avocado oil
2 cups spinach, fresh
1 small red onion
garlic powder
salt & pepper
sichuan tofu
1/2 an avocado
*bake at 400 F for 45 minutes

BLUE SUNRISE

ICED MATCHA LATTE

2-3 frozen bananas
1 tbsp cacao powder
2 tsp peanut butter
2 dates
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1-2 cups almond milk (or plant based milk of choice)

BREAKFAST TACOS
1-2 small yukon gold potatoes
1/2 small onion
1 field roast sausage, italian
3 tbsp just egg ( or egg substitute of choice)
violife cheddar style cheeze
pico de gallo
1 tbsp ketchup + 2-3 tsp chipotle tabasco

GRAPEFRUIT SYRUP

FRUIT ‘CEREAL’
2 opal apples
1 banana
1 tsp agave
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp pecans

RAVIOLI
kite hill spinach ravioli
1 can peeled tomatoes
1 small onion
garlic powder, to taste
italian seasoning, to taste
salt & pepper
chives, optional (garnish)

GARLIC BREAD
sourdough (or bread of choice)
1/2 – 1 tbsp vegan butter, softened
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp parsley, dried

2-3 large potatoes
1/3 red onion, diced
1 stalk celery, diced
1 dill pickle slice, diced
2-3 tbsp sir kensington fabanaise, to taste
1 tsp dijon mustard
garlic powder, to taste
salt & pepper, to taste

BLT
sweet earth benevolent bacon
sourdough
sir kensington fabanaise
tomato, slices
butter lettuce
sea salt

GINGERALE

MIXED GREEN SALAD
spicy mixed greens

VINAIGRETTE
2 tbsp olive oil (or oil of choice)
2 tsp apple cider vinegar (or lemon juice, or balsamic vinegar)
2 tsp pomegranate date syrup (or sweetener of choice)
1/4 tsp garlic powder, onion powder
salt & pepper
