Tahini, Carrot & Ginger Salaaad Dressing: makes 3-4 servings
– 100g good runny tahini
– 3 TBSP hemp seeds (yes I added hemp too forgot to mention)
– small thumb size piece of fresh ginger
– 1 large clove of garlic
– 1 TBSP maple syrup
– 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
– salt to taste
– 100-150ml water to blend to your desired thickness 🙂
