Steak and Pasta the Vegan Way!

Happy Sunday Family!! Many of you have asked me to show you how I make “Fake Steak” for Chance using the Lightlife ground so let’s do it! I’m also making a Kale Alfredo bow tie pasta with mushrooms and garlic tomatoes! All from the spirit, so come on in the room! #Supporters
Ingredients for burgers:
Light life plantbased ground
Braggs Liquid Aminos (use only small amount)
Hickory Liquid smoke (use only small amount)
Garlic powder
21 Seasoning from Trader Joe’s
Make your patty
Then add to the pan with
Grapeseed oil
Red and green peppers
Ingredients for Bow tie Kale Pasta:
Organic Farfalle pasta
Foragers unsweetened plain Cashew yogurt(24oz but only use half for a full box of pasta)
Follow your heart Parmesan shreds
21 Seasoning from Trader Joe’s
Garlic Powder
Lemon juice
Country crock Plant-based Avocado butter
Petite cut canned tomatoes with sweet onions & roasted garlic
For the mushrooms to top the pasta off:
Garlic cloves (2or3)
White mushrooms
Grapeseed oil
21 Seasoning
Before adding it to the top of pasta don’t forget to add the rest of your Parmesan first then pour on top and mix.
Top it of with Kelly’s Lemon Pepper Parmesan🙌🏿
